Find your service area
Choose your town or neighbourhood to start an enquiry. Include your address and what you need help with so we can arrange the right support.
Pukerua Bay, Raumati & Paraparaumu
Bring your laptop or desktop to our Paraparaumu shop, or ask about a visit to your home or business. We can help with slow computers, repairs and getting connected.
Waikanae & the northern Kāpiti Coast
For computer help in Waikanae or Waikanae Beach, contact our Paraparaumu team about workshop repairs, remote help or an arranged visit. We also support nearby beach and rural communities.
Ōtaki & surrounding communities
Customers in Ōtaki and Ōtaki Beach can contact us for laptop and desktop repairs, data recovery enquiries, and home or business IT support. Tell us about the issue so we can discuss the next step.
Manakau, Ōhau & Levin
We support customers as far north as Levin, including nearby coastal and rural addresses. Ask about remote support or a scheduled visit before travelling with your computer.
Not sure whether your rural address is covered? Contact us with your location anywhere along the Pukerua Bay–Levin corridor.
How we can help
